As a facilitation to the community outreach activities, the Department of Media Studies covered and audio-visual documented the event of introducing the Biographical Research Book of Dr. K.V.S.Maruthumohan’s ‘Actor Sivaji Ganeshan’. The event was held on the 23rd of April 2023 at the Library Auditorium of the University of Jaffna.
The presidential speech was given by Prof.S.Raguram, Dean, Faculty of Arts, University of Jaffna and the introductory speech was given by Mr. Shri Raakesh Natraj, Consul General, Consulate General of India, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Prof.S.Sristkunarajah, Vice Chancellor, University of Jaffna, Mr.Ramkumar, Son of Actor Sivaji Ganeshan and other distinguished guests participated in the event.
