The ‘Media Club’, the Students’ Society of the Department of Media Studies organized the event of ‘Introducing the Book ‘உங்களை வெளிப்படுத்துங்கள்’ (X-Press Yourself) written by Senior Journalist Mr.Ganabathy Sarvanantha on 09th of April 2025 at 3.00 p.m. at the Seminar Hall of Faculty of Arts.

The event was chaired by Mr.Vithushan, President of Media Club. The welcome address was delivered by Ms.J.Kanista, the Secretary of the Club. Then the book was introduced by Ms.A.Kirijah, Assistant Lecturer of the Department. The special issues were presented to the guests and free issues were also shared with the student participants.

The reviews about the book were delivered by the students Mr.M.Thavakkumar (Fourth Year Student) and Mr.T.Abinath (First Year Student). The acceptance speech was delivered by the author, Mr.Ganabathy Sarvanantha and the vote of thanks was given by the Ms.K.Yalini Priya, Third-year student of Media Studies.

Deans of the Faculty of Arts and Faculty of Science and the Academic Staff of the Faculty of Arts, Mr.R.Senthilmaran, Principal of Jaffna Hindu College, Mr.S.P.N.Thivakaran CEO ‘Anna Coffee ’ Industry, Senior Journalists and the students of the Department of Media Studies participated in the event.
