In order to enhance the teaching of professional journalism to the students, the opportunities have been utilized by the Department of Media Studies to invite senior journalists and editors for the ‘Sharing Sessions’ in addition to the academic inputs.

On par with the above, Ms.T.Kiruththiga Tharumarajah, Independent Gender and Media Consultant (INGO) shared her experience on the topic of ‘Gender and Communication’ and the session conducted on 26th of July 2023 (Wednesday) from 09.00 a.m. to 01.00 p.m at the Arts Seminar Hall.

The students of Level III Semester I of Media Studies benefitted from the Sharing Session.
