Alcohol and Drug Information Center (ADIC) conducted the annual SPOT survey together with the students of the Department of Media Studies in order to find out the trend of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs usage in Jaffna and Vavuniya districts on the 1st and 2nd of July 2024.
According to the MoU between ADIC and the University of Jaffna, the survey carried out aligned with the objective of increasing the knowledge among students on the influence of alcohol and drugs in local societies via community-level interaction.
It is noted that the Department of Media Studies have signed a MoU with ADIC in the year 2022 and doing collaborative works with them.
