Mr. Arthur Wamanan Sornalingam, a versatile journalist from the Sri Lankan English newspaper field shared his experiences with Media Studies students in ‘Reporting Conflicts’ on 16th of December 2021.

Mr. Wamanan was the Editor-in-Chief of the Nation newspaper and covered humanitarian issues of the Northern and Eastern Provinces during the height of the last phase of the war in Sri Lanka. Further, he worked as an Assistant Manager – Media in ‘Verite Research’ and Deputy News Editor in ‘Ceylon Today’.
